Renting 1BR Apartment in Tongzilin

Hi everyone,

I’m leaving my apartment at the end of july and am therefore seeking my replacement!

– Rent: ¥ 2,600 / month excluding utilities (internet/water/gas/management fees)

– 2mn walk from Napoli, Mike’s pizza, Johnny 5 donuts, Mr. beer and a lot of chinese restaurants

– 8mn walk from the Tongzilin Metro station, Lazy pug, Beer nest 2, La Cave

– 10mn walk Carrefour, Red beard burgers, KFC

– 15mn walk from Auchan, Ikea, Decathlon, Sultan

The flat is clean, cozy and modern. Living room is large, Flat HDTV, L shape couch for lazy home stay. Wifi covers the whole apt., AC in each room. Washing machine.
Bedroom with Kingsize bed, closet. There is a balcony too.

I have a contract where I pay every 3 month. (1st payment : 3 x 2600RMB + deposit 2600RMB) no agency fees.
