2 Rooms Available Near Sichuan University

Hello everyone,

Two bedrooms will be available at the beginning of October, in the residenc Waitan. This is very close to Sichuan University, 5/10 minutes by foot to Line 2 (niuwangmiao), and with all commodities around : cheap and very good restaurants, a supermarket in a medium commercial center very near, buses n°27 et 34… We have a beautiful view on Chengdu (the city center and the river + moutains when the weather allows it), because it is on the 41st floor : splendid.
The flat in itself is also very good, clean and well-furnished : it is composed of 3 bedrooms (one is 1800 yuan, the biggest one and the other is 1400 yuan, the smallest one, but big enough for one person), 1 bathroom with european WC, kitchen, washing room, diner space with table and a confortable and big living room with a TV. The flat is on the 41st floor with an incredible view over the city. There is a lot of life around.
The deposit 1600rmb and you need to pay three month in a raw (example : 1400×3 rmb + 1600). Is is some money, but you don’t have anything to pay for the last 3 months (except bills around 100rmb every month). If you are interested, or have any questions, let me know as soon as possible !

This flat is really a good one, we are leaving it because of professionnal reasons. Our flatmate, a french girl, stays in the 3rd bedroom. If you need some french or spanish lessons, this is definetly the right place for you ; )
