-Well maintained for being 4 years old (we’ve had it for two).
-Overall sanely and tolerably decorated which is not easy to find. Obligatory weird celiling lights though.
-Good management and security-Owner wants 3200 RMB a month, 1 year, 1 month deposit, 3 months paid upfront, no agent fee. Very reasonable for this neighborhood, size, and condition.
Our contract is up on the 31st of May and leaving town. Helping the landlord find some new tenants. Whats in it for us? Nothing beyond trying to prevent real estate agents from trapsing people through our place all hours of the day.
