Renting a Room in Jiuyanqiao

Looking for someone to replace me in my apartment in Jiuyanqiao (Waitan 外滩二期).
It’ll be available the end of August.

About the apartment:
New, big living room, well furnished kitchen, dining area, western toilet, washing machine, refrigerator, air conditioning, a balcony with a beautiful view right in the river.
2 bedroom (38th floor).
Shared it with an Italian girl (worker).

Neighborhood:
About 5 min walking from Niuwangmiao metro station (line 2), less than 10 min from Lan kwai fong, 7/11 and others supermarkets just in front of the entrance.
The complex also has a pool.

Price:
1800 per month (everything included: Internet, compound fee..)
4 months rent + 1400 deposit.
(I’ll help to extend the contract with landlord if you want to stay after December. No agency fees).
