I live in a one-and-a-half room apartment on the north side of Jiuyanqiao. By that I mean, there is one bedroom and then a smaller room (in addition to living room/kitchen/bathroom). I love this room, it’s basically the reason I got this apartment — it has a huge window overlooking jiuyanqiao, one of the best views in the city. Everything in the apartment is brand new — washing machine, kitchen appliances, shower/toilet, TV.
I don’t spend a lot of time at home because of work, so I’m looking to sublet this room, for a short stint or long-term. It has a couch but no bed, so I can offer a reasonable price of 1,200 RMB per month.
