About La Cafca café
La Cafca is a western restaurant and café located in Chongzhou city, 40 minutes driving distance from Chengdu airport, the café is founded by a local lady Ms. Luo liqong, who has been working in high-end personal facial care, hair designing and appearance designing business for 20+ plus years, she is now has 2 branches in the city, and working on the 3rd and 4th in the coming 2 years, the current two are both have size of 30,0000 square feet+ plus, the branches are not only the biggest in the business in the area but also on the top even compare to the industry in Chengdu city.
By the virtue of the pursuing of beauty and culture, Ms. Luo traveled and brought back the idea of western restaurant and café, due to she was fascinated by the beauty of western food and culture, She thus founded La Cafca café with her friends at the end of 2014, she is now spending most of her time on the cafe and aim to offer the best western food in the area. She is also now trying to use the café to develop a bridge between western and Chinese culture through out the programs she will later develop with more international minded bilingual talents.Requirements／职位要求
• Bilingual native English speaking, Mandarin conversational skills
英语为母语，会说普通话。
• Capable to use Microsoft office WORLD, EXCEL, POWER POINT,
会用办公软件WORD文档，EXCEL表格，PPT制作。
• Interested in F&B business, have a good understanding of western food and culture.
对餐饮感兴趣，了解西方餐饮及文化。
• Preference for relevant experience (eg. F&B, hospitality, hotel etc)
有餐饮及服务行业相关工作经验者优先。
• Preference for relevant English teaching experience
过英语教学经验者优先。
• A commitment of minimum 3 months working is required.

• Staff spoken English training.

• Western F&B culture training.
西餐餐饮文化培训
• Western festival culture training.
西方节庆文化培训
• Assist the café to create western high-end restaurant café service system and train staff to reach the goal.
帮助餐厅建立高端西餐服务标准，并根据标准跟要求培训员工。
• Assist with supervisor to update restaurant current western F&B menu based on high-end western restaurant standard.
协助主管，根据高端西餐菜单标准更新目前西餐菜单。
• Assist with supervisor to create holiday or/and special activity F&B menu.
协助主管，建立特殊节日或活动的特色菜单。
• Work with marketing department to build up local expats network database, develop monthly newsletter and send the newsletter to costumers on the last working day of the month.
协助市场部建立当地外国侨民数据库。建立餐厅月度简讯邮件制度，并通过邮件于当月最后一个工作日发送给外国客户。
• Assist waiters and waitress to take western customers’ orders and collect western customers’ feedback.
有外宾点单时协助服务员完成点单，并为外宾解答疑问，及时听取与采集外宾意见建议。
• Work with sales department to create holiday special deals.
协助销售部，完成特殊活动布景及特色套餐设计。
• Assist with HR supervisor to recruit new bilingual native English speaking interns.
协助人事主管招聘英语为母语并能说普通话的外国实习生。
• Assist with HR supervisor to train new bilingual native English speaking interns, set up expectations, help the new interns to gain a good understanding of the company and the area.
协助主管培训新来的外国实习生，帮助他们了解公司及所在地，并帮助他们跟公司建立工作要求及相关期望值。
• Simply translate for General Manager when it’s needed
在有外国来宾的特殊时期，为总经理做简单的翻译。
• Help to translate work related documents.
帮忙翻译相关工作文件。
• Assist with General Manager to develop new projects for the company.

Thanks for the note! Yes, we do offer RMB2,000/m. Interns/ volunteers are not supposed to work and get paid in China without a working visa.
I used to help a lot students in China that we really need opportunities to work with local people, learn from local people and share their culture with local people, but, most of the time, due to the visa issue, they can not get any pay which is really hard on them.
