I have no idea how fantasy football works but I’ve just started watching “The League” (about a fantasy football league). It is comedy gold.

Bring your computer, or you can use your phone. I’m sure there will be outlets available if you need to plug in.
For those of you that autodrafted and noticed that the results did not reflect your pre-draft rankings, here’s why.
The draft last night did not go as smoothly as planned. One of our league members failed to sign up before the draft time, even after multiple reminders. As the draft time approached, I made a dummy account for him in order to start the draft, but unfortunately the soonest yahoo will allow a league to draft is 2 hours after finalizing the league lineup. So with everyone there ready to draft at 9pm, the earliest we could start the online draft was 11:30pm.
The solution was to do an old-school offline draft, which we did, however as a result, your pre-draft autodraft rankings were nullified – I had no access to them so I could only autodraft for absent members by going by the highest ranking undrafted player.
The members absent from the live draft last night are the only ones who haven’t paid their dues. I understand that if you’re unhappy with your autodrafted team you could, of course, choose to not pay and not play. In which case, I will find replacement members to take over your teams. If you choose to opt out, please notify me by Sat Aug 30.
