    Job Description:

    As Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) you will be responsible for the commercial strategy and development of the Dr. Panda products and brand. You will manage and run marketing programs for the Dr. Panda Games, form partnerships to expand our reach, close global brand licensing deals and expand into new product and marketing channels. You will grow the Dr. Panda brand on a global stage. You will join the executive management team and report to the CEO. The position is based in Chengdu and requires international travel. This is a one time opportunity to join a young, international, and fast growing company—and have a significant influence on creating the world’s next global kids brand.

    Your responsibilities:

    – Full marketing responsibility for the Dr. Panda brand and all Dr. Panda titles

    – Position and continuously grow the Dr. Panda brand among parents and kids all over the world.

    – Drive creative marketing promotions and user acquisition strategies for the Dr. Panda Brand overall and per title specifically

    – Form strategic partnerships that increase sales and expands brand awareness

    – Initiate and close global Dr. Panda licensing deals

    – Identify new and innovative ways to grow the company

    – Lead a team of marketing/BD people

    Requirements:

    – Bachelor’s degree

    – At least 5 years experience in a commercial role

    – Managerial and hands-on experience with online and offline marketing for a consumer brand, preferably in an international setting

    – Strong decision-making, communication, negotiation and presentation skills

    – Ability to manage and lead other people

    – A keen sense for products and brands

    – A persistent and creative personality with a drive to go the extra mile

    – Open to international travel

    – Excellent oral and written English skills

    It would be even better if you have:

    – Experience with content and brand licensing deals

    – Experience in the mobile content/brand industry

    – A passion for kids products
