New to Chengdu from London

Hello one and all. My name is Gary and I am from London, England.

I shall be arriving in Chengdu mid-August and I would like to start making new friends getting advice and socialising right now. 🙂

What brings you to Chengdu, how did you select this place?

I shall be teaching English, Oh goody.

I did not select it, I was chosen… The company I hope to be working with does teaching in Chengdu, so that is why I will be doing it.

I just need a mad dash to save up money, I have zilch and need to be there by Mid/Late August. Here is to begging all the friends I know to lend me some money or help me via kickstarter by doing parkour/acrobatics in my free time and making a blog.
