    Hello all,

    I have some questions about Kunming, the layout of the city, new parts, old parts, what section most foreigners live, rich part of the city, etc?

    Can anyone help me with this info?

    There is a “Foreigner Street” area in Kunming which you should check out, the name in Chinese is 文化巷. There’s a cafe and restaurant there called Salvadore’s which is very good, don’t miss it. For anything else I would check out the Synotrip Guide to Kunming. GoKunming.com also has a lot of info and has a long legacy in Kunming.
