I’m looking for a 2BR apartment for my fiancee and me.

It should be located in Yulin, around Nijiaqiao or Tongzilin. Great would be a balcony and a compound with swimming pool. Place should be clean with a small office area and nice living room.

Rent can be up to 3200 RMB per month.

Otherwise we are quite open for anything 😉

You should be able to find a great place at that price. Definitely check out Wangfu Garden, which is one of the largest and nicest developments in Yulin.

Hey Mike, I’m moving out of my two bed place on the 20th, and my landlord is interested in having more foreigners stay. It’s not in the areas that you specified, but it’s right on Metro Line 2. It’s 96 SQM and the rent is 2500 a month.

As I’m working in Hi-Tech Zone and in a htel it usually gets quite late… So the location is unfortunately not so convenient…
