Sorry I repost this ads and my apology to those who was interested and wrote emails to me but got no response because I was on vacation in Thailand.

The master bedroom with private western style bathroom is available since our flatmate will leave in Feb.

The apartment is located in Tongzilin Middle Road.
3-minute walk to Tongzilin Xiaoqu bus stop, or to Tongzilin Xiaoqu metro/subway Station. 10-minute walk to Bookworm and Yulin bars.
Located Near all hot spots like Carrefour, cinemas, restaurants including Mike’s, Peter’s, Cakey Butta’… as well as gyms, indoor climbing kinda sports centers.

Move in cost will be 4 months rent. (3months rent X 1800RMB +deposit) For long term renter, price is negotiable.

You can move in anytime after February 10th.
The Apartment:
118 square meter 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the 4th floor with 2 elevators. The master bedroom is a really nice size, with a very comfortable king size bed and large wardrobe. Fully equipped kitchen (gas stovetop, Fridge, a rice cooker…). The living room is really lovely and big with modern furnishings (comfy couch, large flat screen TV, DVD player). It’s great for socializing and watching movies. The apartment is generally lovely and quite modern with great insulation. Wifi is available.
