The apartment is the nearby bookworm, 5 mins walk to Nijiaqiao subway, it is old building but we fixed almost everything in the house. We have 3 bedrooms, I was living in this house for 2 more years, now I m looking for someone take over my room because I move to another city. If you want to rent a short-term or long-term both fine with me. Our contract finish by end of Oct,
Rental: 1000rmb per month (includes: house water, gas, wu guan fee, WiFi until sep). At least 3 months pay if long-term, no deposit because I m still having some stuff at the house and take care of the landlord.

Now we have 2 girls live in the apartment, We want you are like clean and take care of the house, brunch at home is our traditional if also enjoy it :).
