Luxury Apartment right next to Metro (pics)

I’m moving back to my home country so my landlord wants to get my apartment back to an agency. I told her let me just try see if anyone wants to skip the middle man first (no agency fees), such a nice apartment should be very easy to get it rented. And she’s been so nice to me I don’t mind helping her out making this post.

 

A metro station is right by the side of the complex (wannianchang station or somethign like that), located in 24 city near MixC, 26 floor so view over chengdu but high enough that not loud traffic. 2 bedrooms and one office-room/walk-in-closet (not pictured as it’s filled with my stuff). 2 flatscreen TV’s, 3 aircons. Not a single visitor hasn’t complimented me what I great apartment I have.

I pay 4000 RMB per month because I signed before the metro was complete, but now that the metro is fully operational I know the rent will be a bit higher (and justified, the buss transportation I took every day was a nightmare), so I’m guessing maybe 4200 RMB. Availible ideally around 10th April.

How much is the monthly rent for this apartment? It looks like a 2-bedroom– is that correct? Do you have any pics of the kitchen and bathroom you could post? Any information you could share about average utility costs would also be helpful. I expect to be living in Chengdu around the 1st of August this year…

That’s probably the nicest, warmest apartment that has ever been posted on here. Cleanliness, good lighting and some plants go a long way. Nice 🙂
