We are looking for coaches/counselors to join us on weekend outings to the countryside and beyond. PONY CLUB organizes various weekend activities for families to get out and enjoy nature and spend time together. We need committed and energetic English-speaking counselors to join us! Counselors will help lead games and logistics. We offer a competitive salary and a very unique working experience. Come have fun with us and make money at the same time!
Requirements:
-Native English speakers.
-Stability. We are looking for applicants willing to work with us and sign a contract for a minimum of six months.
-Experience working with kids.
-Experience having worked in a camp or wilderness setting would be a plus!
-Energetic, engaged, creative, and innovative individuals. We want counselors with positive attitudes and who are passionate about working with kids.
-Willing to work weekends.
Payment:
-Compensation will be determined by the duration of each program. Generally speaking, it will be 300-500 yuan per program.
-New Counselors will be trained and prepared for our programs.

We are a family with kids and would love to join outdoor activities, camps, etc. But I cannot find any information about your organization. Please can you tell me where to find information on your events? And are there actual ponies?

There aren’t any ponies…yet! Usually Pony Club organizes small camping trips or day trips outside of Chengdu– lots of games and activities!
