Project Manager
(Full-time, Permanent)
The primary purpose of the Project Manager role is to provide effective leadership to cross functional teams and ensure projects are managed and completed within the scope parameters by applying project management methodology.This applies to all projects regardless of size and complexity. Building and managing project teams, reporting to the Project Sponsor and ensuring quality control throughout project life cycles are central to this position.
Key Outcomes:
Responsible to provide effective leadership to multi-discipline/cross functional project teams and stakeholders by:
Managing development for multiple projects from initiation to closure, being accountable for project results along with the project sponsor and working with the stakeholders to complete the project charter outlining the scope, goals, deliverables, required resources, budget and timing
Manage, develop, implement and maintain additional services by applying innovative project management techniques by:
Executing key initiative scoping integrated with strategic planning processes to ensure alignment of strategy and projects
Leadership and Relationship building:
Provide effective leadership, coaching and motivation to the project team and all other stakeholders of the project, encouraging the development of tools and best practices for project management and execution.
