Renting a Flat Near Sichuan U

I come from France.

Next september, i will be a new student of Sichuan University. I want to know if it is easy to rent a flat near the university in Chengdu.

I think the price of living in double room on the campus (1800yuan/month) is equivalent to live in the city.
