I’m moving out to live with some other friends so have a room available …
Located along ke hua nan lu 科华南路.
Access to Buses which can get to the center of Chengdu with ease.
Sichuan university – 15 mins by bike or bus
Shops and restaurants are across the road

Beautiful and comfortable environment. Brand new building!

All brand new *Ikea furnished.*

There are 4 other rooms taken by 4 Chinese girls. They are from different areas of China Sichuan, Chongqing, Tibet and Guangzhou but are all very easygoing, clean, friendly and social.

**This is great if you are looking to improve your Chinese**
It has defiantly helped me. 😀

My room is the 2nd biggest, rent only costing ** 1000 per month **

Room is a good size and includes –
Double bed, Desk, Chair, Curtains, Small bed side drawer, Wardrobe, Shoe rack, A/C and WIFI

We all share a huge kitchen and eating area. Which includes ALL cooking equipment and a large washing machine.

Contract ends in August.

Closest Metro lines are South Railway and Hi-Tech Zone

I recommend using buses or bikes as a form of transport. I have an Ebike for sale if interested.
