Apartment for Rent Near Ikea

Hello All

A friend will be leaving his appartment at the begining of October (2nd), there is over 3 months left on the lease

The appartment is in a really quiet area on the 18th floor, and is very near (less then 10 minutes walk) to Auchan/Ikea/and a few other shopping centres and also the subway and bus station are very near.

The appartment itself Is a’hotel room’-ish design, with 1 big room with bed in and also kitchen area, and a seating area, and a small toilet/ shower room.

The neighbourhood, is very quiet, and has very few children/old people living here, mainly young professionals, In the immediate area, there is a Gym, 2 convinence shops, 2 mini- ATM cash-machine building things, a 4* hotel and a vaporiser (e-cigarette shop), accross the road is Fusen noble, a huge up-market furnature store.
