My lease is almost up, and I’m looking at my options. Ideally I’d like to rent unfurnished, but with kitchen cabinets+ventilator and bathroom, airconditioners installed and walls/floors done – sadly most places available seem to be filled with shitty old furniture and appliances or they are empty concrete shells. I’m happy to sign a 4 year lease and pay rent annually.
Minimum 2 bedrooms/90m2, ideally 3/120m2+ – located near Jiuyanqiao/Shuangqiaozi, Kehua Bei Lu, or Tongzilin. No more than 3500/month in rent, less if I have to upgrade fixed appliances out of pocket.
