    Will be moving to Chengdu around the end of September to work as an English teacher for 1 year (maybe more). Looking for an apartment or studio suitable for 1 person, preferably in the South (Tongzilin or Tianfu), near line 1 of the metro.

    It should be in a nice area, clean and comfortable. It should include a washer, A/C, TV with cable/internet, and should be furnished. Depending on the amenities and other qualities, I am looking to pay between 2000 and 3000 RMB.
