Seeking: Sales Rep for Beer imports

Duvel-Moortgat, an international Belgian beer producer, is seeking a sales rep to add to its Chengdu team. Candidates’ main qualities include:

1. Fluent in Chinese and English
2. Ability to get along with and relate to (and spend long nights drinking with) people from all different backgrounds
3. Possess the energy and focus to work nights and weekends, plan parties and events, be generally available for clients (job will be 75% sales, 25% marketing)
4. Plans to be in Chengdu for at least 2 years

Candidate does not need sales experience and does not need a “stereotypical” sales persona. More important are the ability to get along with people, maintain a level head, have good sense of humor, strong common sense, and be very self-motivated.
