There are more expensive places in the complex, that’s reasonable – if it’s higher end decoration and not some cheesy shite with lots of domestic brand appliances. Just because you can rent a cheap flat that “works” doesn’t mean everyone wants to 😀
If I rented my place I’d expect more than that, and it’s not much bigger.
