I ended up finding the place in time for a valentines day dinner. It’s in yulin on fang Cao dongjie #82, behind 欧洲房子。The place is basically the reincarnation of Peter Pan which closed apparently. The boss told us the new Peter Pan is a ripoff not run by the former owner. The food was alright with a lot of selection. I wasn’t familiar with Peter Pan before so I can’t compare it to that, better than Pizza Mandolino IMHO. Nice ambience though. The phone number is 15882108017
