Haven’t done shakes in ages, just restarting it due to me teaching/training more. Body just demands it. Though, normally, all my shakes involves banana and blender, with 2 cubes of ice. I think Brendan has some solid info on how to make a killer protein shake!

If you have acai powder, add that, makes drinks 10x better!
