T-bone lovers rejoice. They sell T-bones at Carrefour, and they’re not bad at all. Here’s one I bought tonight, used a little meat tenderizer/seasoning then pan fried in butter/olive oil/garlic and topped with some mushroom gravy. There’s a little caramelized/sauteed onion & pepper beneath.
Not as thick as I like, but even though I only used a little bit of tenderizer the meat was so soft and moist it could actually pull apart with a fork rather than having to sawbones through it. Quite enjoyed.
