So the forum came and went, and all those extra Police/Security folk fell back to sleep, and pollution panda (should totally be a mascot!) is back on the rise. 179 and counting. I wonder if we won’t see a big surge next week as all the projects that were hushed into shutdown for the forum come back online.
Back to 179 already, that was quick. At least we had a few days of incredible weather. I heard that local gov’t took pretty extreme measures to drastically reduce pollution during the forum. Pretty devious – executives come here and are fooled into thinking it’s like that all the time.
