Hey it’s short notice but a good friend of mine is involved in helping stray dogs and cats in Chengdu and they need vounteers for tomorrow (Saturday 3rd) morning. here’s the details:
Apparently about 1000 (!) dogs and cats will be relocated from a site in Shuangliu to another site also in Shuangliu. I am assured you wont be pressured to adopt or donate (although you may wanna). Also, a little Chinese is helpful, but my friend has decent English. Anyway, this could be a special experience, and as we know, animals need all the help they can get. Anyway, please PM me if you can help and i will pass on the phone number. They are not really keen on posting their number online (dont’ worry, its nothing illegal!). OK, thanks….
