    I have an aparment for rent. Details as below:

    Location: Jin Xian Qiao Rd. ON the west ride. Inside the 1st ring road. 1 min away from trustmart. 5 min away from Carrefour. 5 min away from a big park.

    Size: 1 bedroom, 1 living room, kitchen and a bathroom.

    Condition: fully decorated, furnished with appliances. King size bed. big couch. 2 big window. 18th floor. Good view. 1 A/C and western toilet. ADSL internet and cable TV.

    Lease: RMB1700/month net.

    The apartment will be available from Dec, 1, 2011. I’m the landlord so you can save RMB850 from the agent.

    I forgot the payment terms: every 3 months.

    Deposite: 1 month rent: RMB1700

    Hi Cress,

    Just wondering if your apartment been rented out?

    If it hasn’t, could you advised how far is it from Gu Lou Holiday Inn Express hotel?
