Apartment for Rent in Waterfront

I’m leaving Chengdu soon and I am helping my landlady find someone to rent her apartment. It’s located in the Waterfront building in the jiu Yan Qiao Area. It’s the nicest compound in that area and one of the best value for money in Chengdu.

The compound has gardens, playgrounds for children, bbq areas, 2 swimming pools, tennis court, basketball court, gym and ping pong tables.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms, one large living room and one bathroom. It has around 100 sqm. It is in a second floor. It is modern and well furnished.

The landlady is asking for 3.500 rmb a month (you can negotiate with her). No agency fee as you will be talking directly to the owner. I finish my contract in May 15th.
