Comments: Hi! I’m a single American female, age 50+, who is moving to Chengdu in August 2016 to work for Disney English located in the Wuhou District. I’m going to keep my house in the U.S. (and my mortgage pymt). I’ll be looking for an apartment within walking distance of Disney English with a maximum budget of 2,000 RMB/month–preferably less. (I’m not opposed to the idea of a roommate…) What are my chances of finding something clean, safe, and convenient within my budget?
