Hello all,   I will be putting money and purchase more ‘times’ to ride the bus, may i ask for help please if anyone can translate this sentence for me in Chinese?

“Please top-up / put (number of times) times in my card and 10 yuan for coins value.”

ps: for the bus “times”, they would always ask you for which month (this month or next month) you need to top-up the card.
