1.Develop international sports licensing opportunities
2.Negotiate and facilitate the acquisition of licensing rights with various sports organization.
3.Oversee and maintain the relationship with current licensors and agent partners.
4.Communicate with current licensors on in-game and marketing material usage and compliance
5.Review and amend licensing contracts in tandem with our legal counsel.
6.Develop and deliver business propositions to potential partners and existing partners across the world.
7. Explore other business potentials and partnerships.
8.Lead and train the Art and Marketing Departments simultaneously on multiple active projects to teach them about our rights and limitations in regards to usage of the licensed materials.
9.Represent Gala Sports at exhibition and conventions worldwide
1.3+ years of experience in sales, business development, contract negotiation or related job;
2.A positive attitude with lots of initiative and the ability to work with people across all departments;
3.Highly self-motivated and result-oriented working style;
4.Compelling problem-solving and communication skills;
5.Familiar with the gaming/mobile app/high-tech industry;
6.Passionate on team sports and familiar with global leagues/associations e.g. NBA, Premier League, MLB, La Liga, etc.
7.Native-level English, and adequate Mandarin for working; Spanish, French, or Japanese will be a plus;
8.Understanding of licensing contract a plus;
9.Bachelor’s Degree required;
