    Hi guys,

    I am new in cheng du. I need some info on currency exchange

    as I need to change RMB ino USD or EURO. I used to live in Guangzhou and I could change with some agents outside the bank of china. Does anyone know if it is possible 2 do that anywhere here in chnegdu? Any info will be appriciaed.

    You also can find some agents outside the BOC in Chengdu, but I don’t have experience changing money with them.

    i still have plenty dollars on me and traded in little by little at the BOC by the horse & mule market. There are many guys there who will trade you cash for cash. The problems are that first it is illegal, second, you may get cheated. The only good thing comes out of it is that it is quick.

    The BOC is located at the end of the qinglong street (青龙街）on the renmin zhonglu 2 （人民中路二段）。
