    u can take a cab there or just use the metro, stop at Luomashi, and then walk for around 10 minutes (the new city plaza is quite easy to recongnize) and u’ll find yourself there.

    @Lucy: good suggestion. metro 4th,7th,62ed,109th etc. all have stops at the New City Plaza
