We are looking to rent out our apartment. We have a very comfortable home that has a great view of the city, at night you can see the full city skyline.
We are two minutes from Nijiaqiao Subway station and right next to the US Embassy. We are also a five to ten minute walk from Sichuan University/ Kehua Beilu. We are nearby many popular expat bars like The Beer Nest, Helen’s, Shamrock, etc. There are also a number of good Western restaurants in the area.
Our apartment has all the western amenities you could hope for, including the following:
-washing machine/dryer
– microwave

-oven
-refrigerator
-bath tub
-multiple flat-screen TVs
-central heating and cooling system
-heated floors

-water purifying system
The apartment has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, dining room, office, kitchen and a breakfast nook.
We hope to rent out to a family, but we are open to other responsible renters as well. We also have a parking spot, which is negotiable.
The rent is 10,000 RMB per month.
