    I’m posting for a friend whose Internet isn’t functioning. Does anybody know of a computer technician who speaks enough English that can have a look at her laptop or know where she can take it? It’s got an English OS, so the person should know how to work with that.

    Joann, isn’t a problem if you save all your documents in another hd or partition… I can reinstall the OS but usually I need 1 or 2 days… see you!
