    Sometimes what I want isn’t on Baidu, and I can’t get google music to work. Any other ideas? I have a VPN.

    Find it on youtube and download it.

    Google youtube-mp3. Many sites convert youtube vids to mp3 files. Great source for music!

    That site listed above has no ads. Give it a shot, i found it via reddit.

    I started using Spotify recently, now I use that about half the time that I’m listening to music. You can sign up for a one month trial which makes it ad-free and work without a VPN. Otherwise a VPN is required, but Spotify probably has everything you will look for.

    If you download music from bit torrent or anything like that, enjoy it in China will total impunity.
