    Being stuck in Shenzhen has put a bit of a damper on my training.

    I’m missing 4 workouts, so I guess I’m chalking this up as my deload.

    Gonna have to eat more than a dozen eggs a day now to make up for my recent bird-like diet.

    I’ve been a trusty follower of the “broscience” for about 8 years, working on my beachboy body, but recently started getting into it more professionaly and finally started deadlifting and squatting.

    I only DL about 70kgs 3×5 and squat 85kg 3×5 for now, definately need some work there. Also just do those once a week, while I’m visiting the gym 4 times a week.

    No runners! Why the prejudice? I got a hill-training routine that will separate the men from the boys.

    BTW: runners like eggs too….

    Not much weights for me. Pull ups, cross-fit style work outs for me. Would rather be fast and powerful than strong and slow. Then again, im training to fight, big difference vs looking like ‘Arnold.’

    I quote the Great Man (Arnold, not Lou Ferrigno): “I train at least half an hour with weights everyday and I train a half hour of cardiovascular training each day. And I practice smiling in the mirror for 45 minutes a day”.

    Ok, that last part i made up, but the rest is 100% authentic Arnie….
