Being stuck in Shenzhen has put a bit of a damper on my training.
I’m missing 4 workouts, so I guess I’m chalking this up as my deload.

I’ve been a trusty follower of the “broscience” for about 8 years, working on my beachboy body, but recently started getting into it more professionaly and finally started deadlifting and squatting.
I only DL about 70kgs 3×5 and squat 85kg 3×5 for now, definately need some work there. Also just do those once a week, while I’m visiting the gym 4 times a week.November 25, 2011 at 9:45 am #15046
