I passed the new Indian restaurant on the way to the gym last week but haven’t been inside yet. Let’s check it out!

Just hit the new Indian place:

GOOD: price and size. Big chicken kadai and big rice: 30 kuai

Indian masala chai was very good: 5 kuai

Alot of the menu is really cheap. eg. dhal baat 12 kuai. Lotsa vegie options. Service was fine. That street is pretty cool.

BAD:no naan! C’mon, you gotta have naan (they do have chapati) Some of the chicken was of those unidentifiable bits, lotsa bone and gristle (like da pan jie). kinda like real authentic Indian food (in India, that is).

MIXED: if you take a window seat locals will stop and watch you eat. That’s cool. I waved back…..

    Verdict:has potential.
