Right, this is the one that used to be on Shuncheng Lu. I went here a few months ago, here’s what it looks like:

Foreigners can go straight to the 3rd floor. No need to wait in line at the entrance.

I had to go here last week, I was having trouble finding the building, but its next to the Technology Museum. If you’re in TianFu Square looking at Chairman Mao, the Visa building is directly to the left of Mao.

And the front entrance is facing the other way, so it feels like you have to go in “through the back”.
