Looking for a Fridge and Cooking Plate

I have a room without kitchen and I am looking for a mini fridge and a cooking plate (see pictures below).

If anyone could lend them or rent them to me because I stay for only one month.

You might want to consider buying these items used and then selling them when you go. If you can read Chinese, the 闲鱼 app would be the place to check. You could probably buy these in a day and sell within a day on there also.
