    Hello everyone,

    My name is Lino, a 27 year old Belgian man living in Dublin, Ireland.

    I have decided to take the big step and teach English in Chengdu!

    I will be moving at the end of August, but it is never too early to meet new people and find like minded spirits!!

    I am looking for some people to hang out with, no matter if you are Chinese or foreign, male or female, young or old.

    I love trying new things, so if you are looking to exchange some languages (I speak Dutch, French, English and a little bit of Portuguese), try calligraphy, practice kung fu, or just hang out and go on trips or clubs, please do get in touch and send me a PM.

    I’m sure you’ll have no problem meeting people in Chengdu, the expat population is constantly growing here. Let us know when you arrive in Chengdu and we can meet up at one of our usual hang outs.

    In Mexico is raining like HELL as well but not big issue still hot.

    I am aware Chengdu is quie cold… damn…

    It’s hot here as well! Summertime in particular is humid in Chengdu. Locals describe it as “闷热” which basically means hot and stuffy.
