It’s basic. We have two stationary bike trainers. To this we’ve fixed a bike each. Each trainer has sensors that link up with a computer. A program then processes this information and provides real-time stats on speed, distance ridden, and time.
We then set up matches and pit riders up against one another. The catch is, the race information is projected behind the riders. Their performance is gauged by the audience, cheering and jeering.
It’s a lively vibe and worth trying. See how fast you really can be.
