    Hello all,

So I asked this question a couple of years ago and interested in any updates from anyone using these services.
I tried one that was a “monthly” or longer service, I think it was igarden.
It was fine as far as I remember.

But I’m thinking of trying just piecemeal, i.e. Eggs at one time, or a chicken, etc.

The farms I’m aware of, and not all do piecemeal, are
    Sunyuki
    Igarden
    Hygeia
    Eden Town

ANY others I’ve missed that deliver?
ANY opinions/experiences with any of these farms recently?
Any suggestions if I wanna just buy piece by piece?

    Thanks ALL!

I haven’t heard of those farms: do you have any info you can share? I’d be interested in checking them out, and I’d guess others would also. There’s a guy named Andy on here selling organic honey, but otherwise I’m not familiar with any farms or organic local produce, although I’d like to find some. I’d be curious to see what kind of trustworthy certification there is for authentic organic products in China, if any.

Sure you do Charlie, a couple years ago these names came up on a post, that’s where I learned about them.

I believe that the U.S. Consulate buys from one of these, don’t recall which…I think the farm in N. Chengdu is the one.

There are others, and a few that participate with Wwoof as well.
One in Mianyang is supposedly going the permaculture/organic route.

A few in Yunnan, and I know of a few others throughout the country, and a couple that are getting into permaculture.

Certification is the concern. From what I know, some years ago the first “organic” farm was closed down some time ago for being fake.
I assume that this could still be a concern. Who knows!?!?!?
