Hi,
My flatmate has just moved to Shanghai and we are looking to rent out his room asap. You will be living with two British guys 20’s and a Korean girl. The apartment is brand new and is located across the river from Jiuyanqiao (on the same side as the Shangri la). The complex is called 外滩 it’s brand new, like the apartment. The room is very quiet, comes with AC, internet, bed, desk… The apartment has a large living room, fantastic views and a super powerful ‘hotel’ shower! The area has good bus routes, plenty of taxis and all the basic amenities: restaurants, cafes etc. Also very convenient for Sichuan University which is just over the river and Lankuifang/Shangri la. Rent is 1000 per month and the deposit is 1000.
