The Crown Plaza City Center and Bookworm are hosting a St. Patrick’s Day Parade Saturday March 16. It’s a charity event. 200RMB/person

No drinking involved in the parade? Is this a family event?

While the event itself does not really appeal to me, the charity part does.

However, I might want to add that the Friends of Rotary Chengdu is a satellite club for Beijing. So the raised funds would likely be going to Beijing rather than any charitable efforts in Chengdu itself. It’s still for Rotary, a club that I myself am a part of and helps globally.

But still putting it out there in case people were interested in the charitable aspects of this…
