    if you just want to get over the GFW and visit some webpages, i recommend GoAgent， a Google App Engine based application.

    How to edit host file in OSX

    OSX HOST FILE

    I can get to facebook fine, but the youtube page won’t show the videos still trying to work that one out.

    When I first arrived in Chengdu I discovered a Japanese Beta VPN service that was available for use for anyone lucky enough to stumble upon it while it was in testing. Was awesome quick too. I forget the name of it, but I do know they’ve now switched it over to a payed for service now.

    I have been using PandaPow for the last month and it has been great so far. It is available for all platforms, I use it on my iPhone. It is a pay service though, I believe it was just under $90 US for a year.

    I have been able to access FB and YT by changing my host file, but I can log on to Youtube fine, but for some reason the videos wont work. Any ideas???
