    Any idea? Tried Watson’s and a couple of supermarkets already.

    Try Walmart or maybe Metro

    I would look online, on JD or Taobao. Aerosol shaving foam is most common here, but I don’t remember ever seeing shaving oil in a retail shop.

    Hey profot and Charlie. Thanks for your suggestions! Yeah, I’ve been thinking of taobao. I’ll try Metro and Walmart first, and then go for online shopping as a last resort.
