    Good question/topic:

I didn’t risk it coming here and having nothing or very little from home. When it’s NFL time I have all of my memorabilia that gets put up (all Packer, Broncos & Patriots stuff). All my electronics (TV’s, Printers, scanners, computers, vacuum cleaner, drills…) are 110 voltage. Installed normal curtains, installed carpet in every room, installed medicine cabinet in bathroom, brought blankets, comforters, sheets from Kohl’s, brought a lot of extra new footwear for just in case, throw rugs from Kohl’s & Sear’s, golf clubs from sports authority & Dick’s, and many other things as I didn’t hold back. Purchased an SUV so don’t have to take the bus, Uber, Taxi, bike, or scooter as much (king of nice when I stock up on groceries, almost door to door now).

There are 4 decent one’s that i’m aware of: One near Lotte, one at Homeland hotel, one at BHG Mall, and the last at the new Coco Mall across the street from Lotte. All are okay but prices are very differnt. Homeland is about 4,000 per year, BHG 2,000, Coco Mall cant recall exactly, and the one i go to (near Lotte) i was able to obtain it for 1,800 for two years.

No foul done. Were all just adding our two cents worth as were all armchair quarterbacks from this perspective. Still say Mr Mouth Mayweather wins and then re-retire.

Thanks for the info. McGregor’s punches are not great but his ground game is on. However, in boxing the ground game is taken away and must be replaced with great footwork. From watching McGregor’s previous fights he comes in brawly & awkward; i look for him to have no footwork. Very recently McGregor was knocked out by his sparring partner, apparently his jaw is a weak point. I see Mayweather running up the point factor embarrassing McGregor.

Charlie, that’s correct (90 days for the 10 year visa). It’s not all that bad especially for the price.

If both of the above fail just apply for the 10 year visa but you will have to depart every 90 days. Which could be a good thing as you could visit Hanoi, Hong Kong, & etc…

It’s easy as 1,2,3 but complete before the current visa expires. I recommend going to PSB and obtain a brochure which provides list steps (with what documents) are quired.

One thing to keep in mind, you can then obtain the one year or two year visa. Pros/cons: The one year is much faster and the two year requires the same documents plus a complete physical, which adds a little bit more processing time as you have to wait for the results.

It’s very do able and not hard at all, just some running around. I have purchased an apartment in the city and have land in the country side. Very similar to the paperwork i had to go through for my SUV purchase as well; but all do-able.

Financing and/seeking a mortgage is the most challenging part since overseas locations have a more difficult time verifying a foreigners financial status. If you can pay in cash and/or wire transfer funds the more easier it is.

Most colleges/universities are now online when past students need a copy of their degree/transcripts. Check with your school on the process as all are diffeent and each charge different fees. Majority now send electronic verification versions to whom whoever you desire.

For you though, will the school accept it this way?

    Hope this helps…

I would go with the IKEA recommendation previously mentioned. I had them deliver items from IKEA to an area near the Chengdu Technological College for 100 RMB.

Tip: Should you go this route and your not riding in the same vehicle as your belongings ensure to take a photo of their I.D./Drivers License, this way they will make it to your destination.

Google Micro-Finance/Credit and there you should find a simple solution to your problem.

    Good luck !

God topic & points all. As intended above it’s doable but you have to monitor closely for changes in rules, if you do that the agony of defeat can be minimal and/or eliminated. I purchased a new place in the ‘du”, no issues just alot of paperwork and only mine for 70 years.

2nd, i do have a chunk of land in the country side and have had no issues. It’s much easier if you obtain the property via family members as there really is no change of hands. Once the property is sold to an outsider, non family member thats when the rules start to change. 3rd, the inlaws visit the city clearks office where they obtain property rights changes and/or updates. another possible issue is when you try to sub-divide a certain parcel. Other than that obtaining and holding it isnt too much of concern for now.

I have actually considered getting one of the pre-fabbed home kits from menards and ship it over to avoid all the jerry-rigging.

Agree with Charlie, in and out in a flash but have to wait 3-5 days for test results. All in all, not too bad…

You can go there to extend as long as it has not expired or else you will have to depart. It takes 7-9 business days to complete and costs around 900 RMB.
